Cost range
The costs are determined by the complexity of the mandate, the number and duration of mediation sessions, the number of parties, the extent of preparation and follow-up work as well as the extent of the final legal work.

Mandate
Any mandate arising from the mediation center mediationDürst, Jennifer Dürst, Im GUSS, Schaffhauserstrasse 108, 8180 Bulach, is executed and administered directly and solely by STAIGER Attorneys-at-Law Ltd., Talacker 41, 8001 Zurich. The mediation parties and clients conclude the mandate relationship for any mediation procedure, legal advice and legal representation services offered by mediationDürst directly and solely with STAIGER Attorneys-at-Law Ltd.. A direct client relationship between mediationDürst and the mediation parties or clients does not arise and exist.
The content of the mandate relationship shall be set out in a Letter of Engagement.
